About Me
Hi, I’m Adam, known online as PAWL. I’ve been working in the tech industry for 20 years, starting my journey as a software developer and later transitioning into leadership and consulting roles. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in various domains, from the metal industry to video game development.
I spent 11 years as a software developer—5 in the metal industry and 6 as a DevOps and gameplay engineer at Electronic Arts (EA). My time at EA also saw me in leadership positions, guiding teams to create better experiences for players. After my time in development, I shifted into consulting, specializing in Agile methodologies. As an Agile Coach, I’ve helped companies large and small adopt Agile principles, fostering collaboration and delivering better products. Currently, I work with Sennheiser, a renowned German audio manufacturer, as their Agile Coach.
Beyond my professional career, I run a YouTube and Twitch channel (in German) for almost 10 years by now. There I talk about and play video games. Mostly I enjoy role playing games based in medieval settings, but sci-fi might come into the mix as well.
Still, when streaming some coding activities I might share insights about the tech industry, drawing from my experience as a developer and coach. As in my personal projects, I’m rediscovering my passion for creating small-scale software solutions. I’m always exploring new ideas, and I’m excited to continue sharing my journey as I create digital content. Being it for Games or Software Development Topics.
